1. Hardware composition of data collection platform

2. Composition of data collection platform software
(1)This data collection platform has functions such as "display of the entire process system flow", "data collection and processing", "real-time trend display", "historical trend query", "parameter limit alarm", "report printing", etc.

(2)In the process system flow screen, the chemical operators of the power plant can intuitively and in real-time observe various water qualities;

(3)In the data collection and processing interface, engineers can perform centralized display, measurement range control, upper and lower limit alarm settings, and other data processing operations on the collected data;

(4)In the real-time trend and historical trend display screens, power plant chemical operators can observe the trend of data changes, providing a basis for dosing and other operations;

(5)In the parameter limit alarm screen, the alarm situation of parameters exceeding the pre-set limit is displayed in a centralized manner to remind the chemical personnel of the power plant to pay attention;

(6)The report printing function allows the collected data to be printed as a file in the form of a table.
